Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Top with raspberry sauce before serving.
