Instrukcje
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in tomato paste, thyme, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add lobster meat and heavy cream. Stir and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
