Instrukcje
- Make the pasta dough by mixing flour and eggs. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each square.
- Fold the squares over to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Boil water and cook ravioli for 3-4 minutes until they float.
- Serve with your choice of sauce.
