			- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 cup tomato juice
 - 1/2 cup ketchup
 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
 - 1/4 cup diced cucumber
 - 1/4 cup diced avocado
 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
 - 1 jalapeño, diced
 - Salt to taste
 
Instrukcje
- Boil shrimp in salted water until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
 - Drain and cool shrimp under cold water.
 - In a bowl, combine tomato juice, ketchup, onion, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño.
 - Add cooled shrimp to the mixture and stir well.
 - Season with salt to taste.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
