Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix zaatar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken.

- Add chickpeas around the chicken in the pan.
- Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with chickpeas.
