Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in butter and cream cheese until crumbly.
- Add cold water and mix until dough forms.
- Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a separate bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread apple mixture down the center of the dough.
- Fold edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
