Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with rosemary, thyme, and sage.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for 2-3 hours.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Add riced cauliflower and stir well.
- Pour in vegetable broth and apple cider vinegar. Cook until heated through.
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest before carving.
- Serve turkey with vegetable mixture on the side.
