Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat, then add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
- Add half of the beef mixture on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Repeat the layers with remaining chips, beef, and cheese.
- Pour salsa over the top layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream and jalapeño slices before serving.
