A volcano roll is a delicious sushi dish featuring seafood and spicy toppings.

Instrukcje
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
 - Combine rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
 - Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and let rice sit for 10 minutes.
 - Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl.
 - Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat and spread sushi rice over it.
 - Add crab mixture, avocado slices, and green onions on top.
 - Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
 - Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
 - Serve with soy sauce.
