Instrukcje
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Add cranberries, pecans, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix the vegetable mixture with the cooked quinoa.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Thanksgiving meal.
