Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pot, combine lentils and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until lentils are tender.
- In a skillet, sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until soft.
- Add cooked lentils, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well.
- Transfer the lentil mixture to a baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the lentil mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden.
