A delicious twist on classic tiramisu using ube, a purple yam.

Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix ube puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in cooled coffee briefly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a jar.
- Add a layer of ube mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers until jar is full.
- Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
