Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Butterfly the turkey breast and pound it to an even thickness.
- Mix spinach, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Roll the turkey tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roulade on all sides.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
