  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until spinach wilts.
  5. In a bowl, combine turkey mixture with ricotta and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Stuff each cooked shell with the turkey and spinach mixture.
  7. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  8. Place stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
