A delicious dish of pasta shells filled with turkey and spinach, topped with marinara sauce.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until spinach wilts.
- In a bowl, combine turkey mixture with ricotta and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the turkey and spinach mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to add other vegetables to the filling.
- Substitute ground turkey with chicken or beef if preferred.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
