- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by cleaning and patting it dry.
- Rub the turkey with softened butter, salt, and pepper.
- Mix bread crumbs, onion, celery, cranberries, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl.
- Stuff the turkey with the bread mixture.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast turkey for about 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and salt.
- Steam green beans until bright green and tender.
- Serve turkey with sides and pumpkin pie for dessert.
