  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs

Instrukcje

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Crumble the tofu into a bowl.
  3. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, and nutritional yeast. Mix well.
  4. Stir in breadcrumbs until combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place the tofu loaf in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
