Instrukcje
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Add brewed coffee and coffee liqueur to the mixture.
- Fold in crushed ladyfinger cookies.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture and roll them in cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate truffles for at least 1 hour before serving.
