Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Remove the giblets from the turkey cavity.
- Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
- Rub the softened butter over the turkey skin.

- Stuff the turkey with lemon, onion, and optional stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
