Instrukcje

  7. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown.
  8. Check the internal temperature at the thickest part of the thigh; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving and serving.
