Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the tofu slices in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated tofu on a baking sheet.
- Pour vegetable broth over the tofu.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
