Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in pumpkin puree.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and maple syrup until smooth.
- Frost cooled cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles and edible decorations.
