Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in ice water until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and place in pie dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream, brown sugar, eggs, and spices.
- Pour filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 45 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
