- 2 cups chicken broth

Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the giblets from the turkey.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture under the skin of the turkey.
- Place rosemary and thyme inside the turkey cavity.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove foil and roast for an additional hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
