Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and celery until soft.
- Add bread cubes, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
- Stuff the turkey with the bread mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, basting every hour.
- Prepare mashed potatoes and green beans while the turkey cooks.
- Make gravy using turkey drippings.
- Serve with cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
