Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. Mix butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, then rub it under the skin of the turkey.
  4. In a pan, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
  5. Add stuffing mix and chicken broth to the pan, stir well.

  7. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  8. Roast in the oven for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
  9. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  10. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
