- Chicken broth – 4 cups

Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Mix butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, then rub it under the skin of the turkey.
- In a pan, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
- Add stuffing mix and chicken broth to the pan, stir well.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast in the oven for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with pumpkin pie and cranberry sauce.
