Instrukcje

  2. Remove the giblets from the duck and pat it dry.
  3. Season the duck inside and out with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the duck with orange quarters and thyme.
  5. Rub the outside of the duck with olive oil.
  6. Place the duck on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
  7. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  8. Roast the duck for about 2 hours, basting occasionally.
  9. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  10. Let the duck rest for 15 minutes before carving.
