- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread bread cubes in the bottom of the dish.
- Top bread with cooked sausage and cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, mustard, and garlic powder.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread and sausage layers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until set and golden.
