Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix cornbread, onions, celery, carrots, sage, thyme, and chicken broth.
- Stuff the turkey with the cornbread mixture.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- For the green beans, steam for 7-10 minutes until tender.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until soft, then mash with milk and cheddar cheese.
- Serve turkey with sides and enjoy pecan pie for dessert.
