Instrukcje
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix beef, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir-fry the beef until cooked, about 5 minutes.
- Prepare rice paper wrappers as per package instructions.
- Place a wrapper on a flat surface. Add a portion of noodles, beef, basil, carrot, and cucumber.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
