Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture, roll, and place in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
