- 2 ripe avocados, diced

Instrukcje
- Boil corn in water for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
- Remove corn from water and let cool.
- Cut the corn off the cob and place in a large bowl.
- Add diced avocados, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Pour lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
