Instrukcje

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the delicata squashes in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the squashes cut side up on a baking sheet.
  4. In a saucepan, combine quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
