- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onions and celery until soft.
- Add the bread cubes, herbs, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Pour in the chicken broth and mix until well combined.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, removing the foil in the last hour.
- Check the internal temperature, it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.

- Use a meat thermometer for accurate cooking.
- Leftover stuffing can be baked separately.
