Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Spread the fruit mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
