Instrukcje
- Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
- Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and sugar.
- Add the cucumbers to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
