Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat.
- Add sliced pears and cook for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Transfer pear mixture to a greased round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together granulated sugar and eggs.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter over the pears in the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
