- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instrukcje
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Add garlic, cook for another minute.
- Stir in ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add sweet potatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Stir in black beans and corn, cook until heated through.
- Serve hot.
