Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, chopped pecans, and remaining butter.
- Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the sweet potato layer.
- If desired, add mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
