Instrukcje
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Return patties to the skillet and coat with gravy.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
