Instrukcje
- Thaw the turkey completely in the refrigerator.

- Rub olive oil all over the turkey.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Season the turkey inside and out with the spice mixture.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon, onion, and fresh herbs.
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Place the turkey in the smoker and smoke for about 30 minutes per pound.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey from the smoker and let it rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
