Instrukcje

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter, about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make frosting, then frost cupcakes.
- Top with red and green sprinkles.
