Instrukcje
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix tempura batter with cold water until smooth.

- In a pot, heat dashi broth, soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked udon noodles to the broth, heating through.
- Serve udon soup in bowls topped with shrimp tempura and green onions.
