Instrukcje
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice to make salsa. Set aside.

- Add shrimp, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
- In serving bowls, layer rice or quinoa, diced avocado, and cooked shrimp.
- Top with mango salsa and serve immediately.
