A delicious seafood stuffed shells recipe filled with shrimp and crab meat.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, shrimp, crab, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
