Instrukcje
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tomatillos on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until they are soft.
- Let the tomatillos cool slightly, then transfer them to a blender.
- Add cilantro, onion, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, and salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
