Instrukcje
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss strawberries with olive oil and 1/4 cup sugar.
- Spread strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Let strawberries cool, then blend with lime juice and zest.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, whole milk, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the blended strawberries and chopped basil to the cream mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Pour chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
