Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix roasted red peppers, spinach, and mozzarella.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
