Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine baby potatoes and broccoli florets.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Return to oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
