Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add flour and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix raspberries and raspberry jam.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter, then add a spoonful of raspberry mixture on top.
- Top with more batter to cover the raspberry mixture.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add milk to reach desired consistency.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and serve.
