Instrukcje
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Blend the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, immediately roll the cake with the parchment paper and let it cool.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling, and reroll.
- Chill before slicing and serving.
